- A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins, as agreed when you accept a quote.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact details.
- Make the vehicle available at the agreed time and location for measurement/fitting where required.
- Remove personal valuables before work begins.
Timelines
Completion times depend on service type, materials, and workshop schedule. We will give an expected timeline when confirming your job and notify you of material delays where possible.
Warranty and care
We stand behind careful workmanship. Any workmanship concerns should be reported promptly so we can assess them. Wear from normal use, accidents, improper cleaning, or modifications by others is not covered unless separately agreed in writing.
